The plan represents a thoughtful balance of stability and progress. Coinciding with the 125-year anniversary of 克罗夫顿学校, it affirms the fundamental elements that have steered CHS successfully throughout its history and that alumnae have identified as integral to their experience at the School. At the same time, the plan identifies how Crofton House will continue to innovate and evolve. 它懂得归属感的重要性, 在变化中发现机会, and embraces the 责任 of schools in educating thoughtful and engaged citizens.

It was wonderful to see the extent of community engagement in developing this plan. The result both 反映s many common themes of input and considers points of difference. Thank you to everyone who provided their time and perspectives; your contributions have allowed this plan to be responsive to the needs and aspirations of our community showing how much schools have to gain from seeing themselves as places of reciprocal learning.
We will sustain the deliberate approach to implementation that ensured the success of our previous strategic plan: an approach that identifies actions, 责任, and milestones each year while regularly reporting on our progress.
